Completed in 2022 for IWG, DGW’s long‑standing partner, this project is among the first buildings delivered in Antwerp’s brand‑new Nieuw Zuid district, now rapidly expanding. Flooded with natural light, the ground floor hosts a dynamic business environment. The three upper floors provide modern offices designed to foster comfort, creativity and efficiency in an inspiring and fluid workspace.

Delivering one of the first completed buildings in Nieuw Zuid meant setting a benchmark for the district’s identity. The challenge was to create a space that not only met IWG’s operational standards but also embodied the spirit of a new urban quarter.
By harmonizing diverse functions—welcoming reception, collaborative co‑working, and private offices—DGW achieved a balanced environment that is both inspiring and practical. The result is a workplace that reflects the dynamism of Antwerp’s newest district while reinforcing IWG’s reputation for flexible, high‑quality office solutions.
