Completed in 2024, this project marked our first Signature by Regus collaboration in Belgium with IWG. Ideally located opposite the Saints‑Michel‑et‑Gudule Cathedral, it offers a prestigious setting in central Brussels. Designed as a refined professional showcase, the space combines five‑star ambiance, elevated service, and flexible offices for a truly premium workplace.

The challenge was twofold: tight timing and budget constraints while needing to deliver a space that truly represents who we are. This required bold decision-making, design discipline, and efficient on-site coordination across all teams.
By leaning into smart material choices, clear spatial planning, and hands-on project management, we created a vibrant, efficient co-working space without compromise. It’s a powerful reminder of what’s possible when vision and execution work hand in hand.
