The primary challenge at Park Lane lay in transforming shared corporate spaces into flexible, multi-company hubs capable of adapting from quiet, individual focus to large-scale events. De Graeve Works achieved this spatial agility by integrating modular acoustic drapery and high-performance Archisonic Cotton wall coverings, allowing The Lounge to seamlessly transition between collaborative zones and private phone booths, while optimizing The Scene auditorium with high-end audiovisual networks.
On the fourth floor, the executive office fit-out highlighted a key challenge centered on circular economy principles and structural sustainability. The primary objective was to maximize material reuse, requiring the meticulous recovery and technical integration of carpeting and glazed partitions salvaged from a completely different level of the building. This eco-conscious approach demanded exceptional technical flexibility and precise craftsmanship during the careful deconstruction, adaptation, and reassembly of the glass partition networks. The resulting environment delivers a flawless, high-end finish that perfectly matches the premium standing of executive workspaces while significantly minimizing the project’s environmental footprint.
